I’m extremely pleased with the installation of my new wood burner stove. The company were very helpful in advising as to which stove would work best in my room. The installation went without a hitch and Gavin and Ian were professional, helpful and friendly. They kept me informed at each stage of the process. They left the room very clean and tidy at the end of each day. I was also given a very helpful demonstration on using and getting the most out of my new stove. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m delighted.

The attention to install and making sure the stove was just right and installed correctly just gave me a lot of reassurance. Awesome, guys turned up with everything they needed. Clean dust sheets used throughout with everything covered from start to completion. They were obviously very happy in their work, got on well with appropriate banter. This is a reflection that they trust very much what each other’s skills are within the work being carried out. The job was not rushed, all the time spent on the job they took care that the measurements, positioning, care of the property and cleanliness was all taken into account. They left the house immaculate with the stove, liner and new register plate all perfectly fitted.
